The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a 20-hours Food & Beverage Associate to join our restaurant team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to deliver a first-class restaurant experience at the world-leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, the hotel offers Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and a fitness centre. The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel provides exceptional, personal, and friendly service while catering to a variety of guests. As the 20-hours Food & Beverage Associate you will:
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and restock tableware and other supplies
