The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a 30-hours Food & Beverage Associate to join our fantastic restaurant team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic 30-hours Food & Beverage Associate wanting to deliver first-class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.
The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel provides exceptional, personal, and friendly service whilst catering to a variety of guests.

As the 30 hours Food & Beverage Associate you will
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re‑stock tableware and other supplies
- Embrace the Marriott culture
