Contract: Fixed-term, Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Location: Based at Pastoral Centre, Jewry Street, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 8RY. Please note, some out of office hours and occasional travel may be required across the Diocese.

The role is responsible for leading and managing the parish office, ensuring clear ownership of activities and a high level of emotional intelligence in all interactions. It involves delivering a consistent and welcoming experience for parishioners and visitors, while effectively coordinating office staff. The postholder will ensure the timely delivery of all office responsibilities and provide structured control and prioritisation across all office activities.
