As Parish Administrator, you will be the welcoming and professional first point of contact for Holy Family Parish, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support across the churches of St Joseph’s, St Thomas More and St Elizabeth’s. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the parish office, enabling clergy, volunteers and parish teams to deliver pastoral care, services and parish activities effectively.
Working closely with the Priest in Charge and key parish volunteers (including finance and website support), you will coordinate diaries and parish communications, maintain accurate records and registers, support sacramental programmes and clergy-led services (including baptisms, weddings and funerals), and help ensure parish processes are well-managed, compliant and confidential (including GDPR and safeguarding administration). You will also support practical parish operations such as office systems, rotas, and coordination of property and facilities matters, helping to create an organised and supportive environment for the parish community.
