The predicted salary is between 18064 - 24029 Β£ per year.
We are seeking to recruit friendly, confident Teaching Assistants to play a crucial role in supporting our students' learning. The successful candidate will primarily work with our highest needs pupils, including those with SEN such as Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with young people who may lack confidence in their learning, and possess Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent). Experience of working with pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential.
