Portsmouth City Council is seeking a dedicated Home Finding & Commissioning Team Leader to join their Children We Care For Services. This leadership role is essential for ensuring children are placed in nurturing homes that meet their needs. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage complex placement searches, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Proven leadership experience and a recognised Social Work qualification are required. The position includes a hybrid working arrangement with at least two days per week in the office.
