Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced repairs and building services professional to survey corporate and housing assets, update stock data, and manage repairs and planned maintenance projects. The role involves investigating issues, responding formally, engaging with evidence, and ensuring compliance with disrepair pre-action and court requirements.

You will be based at one of our area housing offices, working within the Building Repairs Team to support the Building Repairs Manager.
