Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Support Advisor for the new Support Hub to help children, young people and families access timely support, guided by a relational, strengths-based and preventative approach.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, providing advice, guidance and practical support, signposting to services, and coordinating Family Support Plans with schools, Family Help, MASH and partners to ensure effective early intervention.
