Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to assess the needs of adults with problematic substance use and their carers, and to identify creative care plans under the Care Act 2014.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary Recovery Hub with strong partnership across services to deliver outcome-led support.

You will supervise staff, manage caseloads, and chair multi-agency risk meetings as required, promoting independence and safeguarding throughout the client journey.
