St Edmund’s is a popular Voluntary Aided secondary school in the heart of Portsmouth and serves a wide area. The Governors are seeking to fill the following post: Senior Leader Leadership Scale Salary 9 – 15 (£63,070 - £73,105) To Start September 2026. Interviews will be held on Thursday 21st May 2026.

Due to promotion by our current postholder, we are looking for an outstanding and inspirational leader to join our Leadership team in September 2026. You will play an essential role in working as part of a dynamic leadership team rated Outstanding by Ofsted twice. You will be well supported by a friendly, hard-working and talented staff and lovely pupils who work together as part of a caring Christian family. This role will be a first step for colleagues who wish to progress in leadership. You will have a key role in maintaining our second OUTSTANDING achievement and continuing to drive our thirst to improve children’s lives.
