Court Lane Junior School is a vibrant, inspiring academy of 480 pupils, organised into 4-year groups from Year 3 to Year 6. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the school Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) team during the lunch period to ensure all children have access to exciting play opportunities. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and has the ability to encourage children to engage in games and activities that promote physical activity and to support the children in learning to play together.
You will also need to have a nurturing nature to support and develop the wellbeing of the children and be adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations.
