Portsmouth-City-Council is looking for a Leasehold Manager to join the Housing, Neighbourhood & Building Services team. In this role, you will manage leasehold and Right to Buy properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing exceptional service to leaseholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local authority leasehold management legislation, excellent IT skills, and experience in dealing with complex cases.
