Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the HIVE Portsmouth team at Central Library. You will be the first contact point, delivering friendly information, advice and referrals to residents and professionals.
The role requires strong English communication, empathy and the ability to work across multiple Hive locations. 37 hours per week, with some outside hours and weekend work as needed.
