Solent Academies Trust are looking to appoint a hardworking and committed individual to join the Site Team at The Lantern - Penhale Road, Fratton, PO1 5EF, on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2026. The role will include working in a team providing cleanliness to the highest standard, helping to keep the schools safe for our pupils, meeting with Health and Safety regulations and security needs.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and able to foster good working relationships within the establishment. You will need to be a flexible individual, as there will be a requirement, on occasion, to cover our other sites, The Compass - Mary Rose Academy main site, and Sixth Form at Craneswater School, Southsea.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm. You will work for 42 weeks of the year; however, you will be paid for 48.6 weeks. 3 of these weeks will be worked over the school holidays. Your salary will be paid over 12 months of the year.
