Portsmouth City Council is seeking an Autism and Learning Disability Keyworker to support children, young people and families within a neurodiversity multidisciplinary team.
Two positions are offered: part-time 30 hours per week on a 1-year fixed term contract and full-time 37 hours per week on a 1-year fixed term contract. Hybrid working with office base at civic offices in Portsmouth.
