About the role
Join Our Customer Services Team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small friendly Customer Services team. This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of front-line services across our main reception, cashiers counter, contact centre and post room. As the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all. You should have experience working with the public and possess basic computer skills to input and retrieve information accurately while handling customer enquiries. Full training will be provided on our switchboard and customer service IT systems.
