Portsmouth City Council is seeking an Evaluation and Learning Specialist to support the evaluation of the Place Partnership programme.

The role will establish evaluation frameworks, drawing on best practice and learning from national initiatives, and will implement these using both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.

You will lead learning across partners, helping decide what to start, stop or continue, and build capacity in evaluation across the system within HDRC Portsmouth.
