Portsmouth City Council is recruiting Care Assistants (Days) at Shearwater. You will provide person-centred care, looking after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of service users, including personal care and mealtimes.
You will act as a key worker, record health and wellbeing information in Nourish, support residents with daily living, assist with moving and handling where required, and participate in training to complete the Care Certificate and QCF levels.
