Korn Ferry is supporting a leading specialty insurer in London to appoint a Head of Resilience & Operations Controls. This permanent hybrid role will shape the enterprise operational resilience strategy, embedding governance and ensuring preparedness for regulatory and operational challenges.
You will also lead the Operations Risk & Controls function, developing a three-person team and overseeing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security and Technology Recovery.
