Product Manager - D365 CRM & CCaaS
Contract | UK Hybrid/Remote
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre (CCaaS) platforms across multiple international markets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering D365 CRM and CCaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of contact centre technologies and omnichannel journeys
- Experience delivering complex change within insurance or regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and delivery management skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of CRM and CCaaS initiatives
- Drive prioritisation, governance, risk, and dependency management
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners
- Ensure solutions align with best practice, compliance, and customer outcomes
