Location

3-4 days onsite at London office

We are looking for an experienced Finastra Tester to support a banking client on an initial 3-4 month contract.

The successful candidate will have strong testing experience within a core banking environment, ideally with hands‑on exposure to Finastra Essence and/or Finastra Equation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing across core banking applications.
  • Test functionality within Finastra Essence and/or Equation.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scripts and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
  • Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers and banking SMEs.
  • Support UAT and wider testing activities as required.
  • Ensure testing meets agreed quality standards and project timelines.
  • Key Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Tester / QA Analyst within banking or financial services.
  • Hands‑on experience with Finastra Essence and/or Finastra Equation is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of core banking systems and processes.
  • Experience across functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing.
  • Strong defect management and test documentation experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced project environment.
