We are now looking for a professional, detail-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our KF Interim EMEA Operations team in London. This is a highly visible, business‐facing role offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a growing and dynamic interim solutions business.
The role involves:
- Coordinating end-to-end onboarding for interim placements across EMEA
- Creating and reviewing client contracts and contractor agreements
- Ensuring placements are accurately set up with full documentation and compliance
- Managing change requests (operational and financial), including rate updates
- Acting as a key point of contact via a shared inbox for onboarding queries
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Collaborating on team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar coordination, operations, or onboarding role
- A professional, confident communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
