We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to join a major enterprise transformation programme within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute functional, regression, integration, UAT and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Test customer onboarding, lead management, marketing automation and customer service workflows.
  • Validate Customer Insights - Journeys, including customer segments, email campaigns, triggers, consent management and marketing journeys.
  • Test Dataverse entities, Power Automate flows, Business Process Flows, Forms, Views and Security Roles.
  • Validate Dynamics 365 configurations, customisations and integrations with downstream systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data and traceability documentation.
  • Identify, document and manage defects using Azure Dev Ops or Jira.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Manual QA/testing, with significant hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
  • Strong testing experience across Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Customer Insights - Journeys.
  • Experience testing customer journeys and marketing automation, including triggers and consent management.
  • Good knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Business Process Flows and Security Roles.
  • Strong experience designing test cases and managing defects using Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
