A banking client based in Canary Wharf is looking for a HR Systems Analyst responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of HR information systems, with a strong focus on ADP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for ADP (e.g., Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar).
- ADP IHCM expertise.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent (as applicable).
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using ADP reporting tools and/or third-party BI tools.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data flow between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, ADP vendors, and external consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on administration of ADP systems.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ADP certification(s) (e.g., Workforce Now, Vantage).
- Experience with integrations (APIs, file feeds, SFTP).
- Knowledge of employment and payroll compliance requirements.
This is an initial 4 month engagement working 2-3 days on site in Canary Wharf on an Outside IR35 basis.
