Overview

I am currently looking for a Head of Business Analysts for a banking client in London. Within this role you will set the vision and direction for enterprise reporting and insights - shaping how leaders across the company access, understand and act on data. You will personally own and deliver the suite of executive dashboards and performance reporting used by the Board, Executive Committee and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Insights Vision
  • Own Executive Dashboards and Performance Reporting
  • Manage the Enterprise Reporting Catalogue
  • Enable Self‑Service Reporting Through Influence and Partnership
  • Champion Data Quality and Governance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, insights or performance reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience in a data‑driven environment (financial services, fintech, tech, SaaS, payments, consulting) - leadership through influence, not necessarily direct line management.
  • Strong expertise in data visualisation and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Qlik.
  • Excellent SQL skills for data exploration and validation (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of KPI frameworks, performance management, operational insight generation and business performance drivers.

Engagement details

This is an initial 6 month engagement working hybrid in London (3 days onsite, 2 remote) paying £600/day Outside IR35.
