I am currently looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of key retail banking products, specifically ISAs, Current Accounts, and Savings. This role will suit someone who thrives in a smaller banking environment, where flexibility, ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements across ISA, Current Account, and Savings products
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications
  • Support end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to implementation and post-launch optimisation
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements within retail banking
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve digital customer journeys and experiences
  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or retail banking
  • Strong experience delivering ISA, Current Account, and/or Savings products
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized banks or similar environments, with a hands‑on and adaptable approach
  • Solid understanding of digital channels (web and mobile banking platforms)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of UK retail banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience working on customer journey mapping and digital transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to API integrations and open banking frameworks

This is an initial 3 month engagement working 3 days onsite in London, 2 remote paying up to £500/day Outside IR35.
