We are partnering with a large, multi-entity organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation programme. As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the design and implementation of a Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) model. This role will be critical in ensuring successful adoption across four distinct business lines, driving engagement, alignment, and behavioural change throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end change strategy for the transition to a Finance Shared Services model
  • Engage senior stakeholders across all four business units to build alignment and buy-in
  • Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans
  • Identify and manage change impacts, risks, and resistance across diverse teams
  • Act as the bridge between programme leadership and operational business areas
  • Support the embedding of new processes, governance, and ways of working
  • Track adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation

Key Experience Required

  • Proven track record delivering change management on Finance Shared Services or SSC implementations
  • Experience working across complex, multi-entity or multi-business-line environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to bring the business on the journey, managing resistance and driving adoption
  • Background in large-scale transformation programmes (ideally finance or back-office transformation)
