What You’ll Do
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts that get our guests’ day off to the best start. You’ll manage your section efficiently and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting great.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to a high standard
- Ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a breakfast or chef de partie role preferred
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A passion for great food and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
