What You’ll Do: As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts that get our guests’ day off to the best start. You’ll manage your section efficiently and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting great.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items to a high standard.
• Ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Support with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a breakfast or chef de partie role preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• A passion for great food and attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
