You will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to develop menus, launch new concepts, mentor kitchen teams, and help shape the future direction of a growing restaurant group. For the right individual, this role offers a genuine pathway to Head Chef and ultimately Executive Chef.

About Us: We operate a growing portfolio of restaurants and delivery-led food brands with ambitious expansion plans across Kent, London, and beyond. Essential Requirements

  • Experience working within a Michelin-starred kitchen or equivalent fine-dining environment.
  • Been professionally trained by Michelin-starred chefs.
  • A proven understanding of Michelin-level standards, discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Experience operating within high-performance kitchen brigades.
  • Applications without Michelin or equivalent fine-dining training will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
  • Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency at all times.
  • Lead service and kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence.
  • Assist in menu development, innovation, and seasonal changes.
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs.
  • Maintain Michelin-level standards across all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Manage stock control, food costs, ordering, and waste reduction.
  • Contribute to future restaurant launches and new brand development.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Senior Sous Chef or high-performing Sous Chef ready for promotion.
  • Michelin-trained with strong references from recognised chefs and operators.
  • Exceptional technical cooking skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing future talent.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of profitable kitchen operations.
  • Ambition to progress into a Head Chef position within the next 12-24 months.
  • Desire to help build a growing hospitality group rather than simply work within one.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance bonus.
  • Direct mentorship and leadership development.
  • Clear progression pathway to Head Chef.
  • Creative involvement in menu development and concept creation.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple restaurant and delivery concepts.
  • Long-term career opportunities within a rapidly expanding group.
  • Potential future profit-share opportunities for exceptional performers.

The Person

You have been trained in some of the best kitchens in the country and understand what excellence looks like.
