The Ginstitute is one of London’s most iconic immersive experiences, focused on expanding our B2B reach across hotels, concierges, event agencies, corporate clients and direct‑to‑consumer channels. We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with an existing network in hospitality or corporate events.

What you’ll do

  • Grow partnerships with hotels, concierges & corporate event buyers
  • Leverage your network to unlock fast commercial wins
  • Manage agencies & event platforms (Virgin, VEDays, GYG, Airbnb Experiences)
  • Support D2C growth through partnerships, listings & seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct outreach, meetings, proposals & concierge training
  • Optimise our B2B & consumer funnels with marketing support
  • Represent The Ginstitute at events, tastings & brand trips

What you bring

  • 1–5 years BD/partnerships experience (hospitality/experiences ideal)
  • Existing concierge, hotel, or corporate client relationships
  • Confident communicator & natural relationship-builder
  • Organised, self‑motivated, commercially hungry
