We're now looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The Role...
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll play an essential role in delivering beautifully presented desserts while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and hygiene.
Working closely with our Head Pastry Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll take ownership of your section and contribute to the continued success of one of London's most exciting restaurants.
What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP ready to step up.
Passion for pastry, desserts and seasonal ingredients.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
