The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

We are a collection of unique, characterful pubs, bars and restaurants in London and the South-East. Reporting to the Marketing Manager your role will be to support the Marketing Manager and Operations Team in delivery of compelling marketing campaigns at a central and site level.

You are:

  • An energetic marketing all-rounder with an interest in food and drink customer trends and interests.
  • A team player who also likes a level of autonomous working and responsibility.
  • With a good understanding of social media platforms and ability to create compelling content to build excitement around the brand experience, driving site visits and pre-booked sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Marketing Inbox
  • Creating site specific marketing emails
  • Improving and maintaining website content.
  • Creating and curating Tik Tok activity.
  • Creating content for all social media channels.
  • Liaising with suppliers to agree and support supplier led brand activations
  • Supporting refurbishment relaunches with intensive marketing campaigns.
  • Creating and curating internal communications, such as the weekly managers’ newsletter

Knowledge & skills:

  • Communication skills: To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM platforms: Such as Airship, Klaviyo or MailChimp desirable.
  • Time management and organisational skills: To manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Writing and editing skills: To create compelling and engaging commercially-driven content.
  • Creativity: To develop innovative, operationally sound marketing campaigns, preferably with experience of Canva.
  • Analytical skills: To analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal skills: To build and maintain relationships with teams and suppliers.

Please note flexible working hours are required: some evenings and weekends are needed for the purpose of content creation and attendance of events.
