Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Nurse, based in Weybridge. The Dental Nurse will be responsible for:
- Providing chair-side support during dental procedures
- Maintaining strict infection control and decontamination procedures
- Assisting with orthodontic treatments
- Ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit
- Maintaining the clinical environment
- Preparing treatment areas and instruments
- Working closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
- Competence in Dentistry and Dental Care to support various procedures and ensure patient well-being
- Expertise in Infection Control and Decontamination to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment
- Familiarity with Orthodontics to assist with treatments as required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with both patients and team members
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with modern dental practices
- Relevant dental nursing qualifications (NEBDN or equivalent certifications) and active GDC registration
- Previous experience as a chair-side Dental Nurse is an advantage but not mandatory
