Reporting to the CEO, the UK & EU Group Commercial Director is responsible for leading and developing the Group's commercial strategy across the UK and European markets. The role oversees wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer performance. This role plays a critical part in delivering sustainable commercial growth through strong leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across the wider Group business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK & EU commercial strategy aligned to Group business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, channel priorities, and growth initiatives across all territories.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Lead all UK & EU wholesale, retail, and ecommerce commercial operations.
  • Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and trading strategies.
  • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure strong commercial execution across all channels.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Support market expansion initiatives across existing and new territories.
  • Negotiate and manage key commercial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and optimise profitability.
  • Analyse sales, margin, and market performance to support commercial decision-making.
