The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, labelled correctly, and shipped on time to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards
· Check items for damage and accuracy before packing
· Use packing materials appropriately to protect goods during transit
· Label and seal packages correctly for dispatch
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
· Follow all warehouse procedures
· Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners)
· Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
· Report damaged stock, shortages, or errors to management
· Comply with all health and safety regulations
Skills & Requirements
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to work quickly and accurately
· Basic numeracy and literacy skills
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently
· Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
· Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
