About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Site Maintenance Technician to support the smooth running, safety, and appearance of our site. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, respond to day-to-day repair requirements, and help ensure the working environment remains safe, tidy, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building, facilities, and site maintenance tasks as required.
- Complete routine inspections and identify repair or maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, faults, and urgent maintenance requests.
- Undertake basic repairs including fixtures, fittings, doors, locks, lighting, plumbing, painting, and minor joinery tasks.
- Support preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve site reliability.
- Keep tools, equipment, workshops, and maintenance areas clean, safe, and organised.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers when specialist work is required.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed where required.
- Support other departments with practical maintenance and site improvement tasks.
