We are delighted to be recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join the Portmeirion Group team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to start their career in customer service. We are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. The successful candidate will enjoy building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues while gaining valuable experience in a busy customer service environment.
As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will support the Customer Service team with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Tracking customer orders through courier websites and providing updates when required
- Arranging customer returns
- Processing returns and supporting customers through to refund completion
- Raising replacement orders for damaged or broken items
- Assisting with issuing customer refunds
- Helping to manage and respond to customer service emails
- Producing reports and providing administrative support as required
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
