Are you as excited about ceramics as we are? If so, carry on reading. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our production management team! We are on the lookout for an experienced production manager to oversee our glazing/firing department. You will need to share our high quality ethos - we pride ourselves on manufacturing products to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining an efficient flow through the factory.

You would work to set KPI's relating to quality, RFT principles whilst delivering production schedules OTIF. Key responsibilities include:

  • The delivery of production plans
  • Managing resources
  • Monitoring the performance of colleagues and automation
  • Ensuring safety standards are met
  • Management of departmental Team Leaders including training and development
  • Communication within the department and to the wider business to support the smooth running of the production operation
