We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinicin Carmarthen.

No previous dental experience is needed for this role, however if you have some experience this would be beneficial.   • Full-time hours – 40 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday
  • Typical shifts are 8.15am-5pm, with flexibility to work one later evening
  • Training supported by our highly experienced team -your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by PortmanDentex

The practice has a high reputation amongst the community due to the outstanding team of leading dental clinicians and colleagues, who have been providing high quality patient care in Carmarthenshire for over 35 years. Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic is a 4 surgery Private only Practice, providing General Dental and Implant services.

About you

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are preferredto undertake the course
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care
  • Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair-side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session
  • Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures
