Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people-focused field, this might be just the opportunity you've been waiting for. We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist orthodontic team at Coombe Dental in Salisbury.
Full-time hours available, 30 hours per week over 4 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday - with one day off, there is some flexibility with this either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Competitive salary from £28,500 dependent on experience.

About you

- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential.
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.
