If you’re a patient-focused Lead / Head Dental Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than City Centre Dental & Implant Clinic in Manchester.

Full-time hours, 40 hours a week. Full flexible to work across practice opening hours (requiring approx. 1 evening a week). Practice working hours are Mon 7:45-8pm, Tues-Thurs 7.45-7pm and Fri 7.45-5pm.

Leading a team of 14 nurses to ensure we deliver the best levels of patient care, in a safe, compliant environment. Rate of pay from £14.45 per hour. Close to all public transport links. Located in the heart of Manchester, our 12-surgery implant and referral clinic is a well-regarded and leading provider of dental services with a full range of treatments on offer. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

The Lead Nurse is a key part of the leadership team consisting of practice manager, assistant manager, and treatment coordinator.

About You

  • Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
  • 1-2-1 leadership of a nursing team
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
