Overview
Clinic 334, Wilmslow, Cheshire – Private Referral Dental Practice. We are looking for a patient-focused Practice Manager in a friendly and professional environment.
Full time hours are available (40 hours per week), with an alternative of 4 days totaling 34 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team with knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
- Work with financial records, including P&L, KPIs and budget planning.
- Communicate effectively with the team and lead with a positive, proactive approach.
- Guide patients through the patient journey and support high standards of care and service.
About You
We welcome applications from candidates with management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
