We’relooking for a motivated and people-focusedPractice Managerto join our fabulousspecialist orthodontic teamat Elleven Dental Wellness in London.
- Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Competitive hourly rate from £20p/h
- Fully Private Specialist Practice
- Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners,assistingwith overall practice growth and management
Please note that as part of your role,you’llbe the Registered Manager for this practice.
About you
We’dlove to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse isan added bonus, but not essential
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
