As part of this growth, the business is seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to take ownership of investor origination, engagement, and capital development strategy. The role:
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective investors across entrepreneurial, executive, private equity, and high-net-worth communities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective investors through consistent, high-quality engagement.
- Lead investor origination and capital development activities, driving growth in both investor quality and overall investment capacity.
- Develop and execute a structured investor outreach and engagement strategy to support long-term fundraising objectives.
- Increase participation and engagement levels across the current investor network.
- Work closely with senior leadership and investment teams to align capital raising activity with wider investment strategy and deal flow.
- Represent the business externally with professionalism, credibility, and strong commercial judgement.
