Digital Marketing Executive 6 month project (may be extended) - Acclaimed Luxury Services Company - £Competitive + Bonus & Benefits - London/Hybrid

Our client is a highly acclaimed luxury group, offering a range of high-end products and individual services to clients across London and the South East. They have proven extremely successful in recent years and are expanding rapidly, and are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their London team for initially 6 months although this may be extended and help lift the brand to new heights.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and become part of an energetic team working on continued growth. You will need proven experience in successful digital marketing campaigns, have a good balance between being creative and commercial. Ideally a background in luxury hospitality, members clubs, high-end restaurants, or other prestigious, fast-paced, dynamic FMCG brands.

  • Support the delivery of the company digital marketing strategy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's commitment to quality and exclusivity
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display advertising SEO, email marketing and social media
  • Provide the senior marketing team with performance analytics and recommendations of revisions required to maximise potentials of campaigns
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Monitor luxury industry trends, competitor activities, and global market shifts to anticipate changes in consumer behaviour and adapt digital campaigns accordingly

3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role

  • Proven experience of working in customer centric luxury brands or luxury experiences
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate market shifts, and develop innovative marketing initiatives to capitalise on emerging opportunities
  • Strong Digital Marketing experience, with the ability to use analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and optimise ROI
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to present findings and results to senior marketing team with confidence and professionalism
  • Meticulous and analytical, with excellent computer skills
  • Marketing degree or equivalent with specialism in Digital Media or similar

It is a hybrid role with 3 days based in their Oxford St offices. There is a competitive day rate for the right person.
