Our clients, a successful and dynamic entrepreneur, is looking for a Business Assistant to become an integral part of her growing portfolio of business ventures. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being involved in multiple projects, and has the curiosity to explore new business opportunities. You’ll act as the right hand across research, project coordination, and digital activity – including managing social media and content. If you are motivated by fast-moving environments and love the idea of being a true business “jack of all trades,” this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role:
- Coordinate and manage projects across multiple ventures, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
- Conduct research into new business ideas, markets, and opportunities, presenting clear findings and recommendations
- Help grow digital presence through social media management and content coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through
- Track progress on initiatives and maintain oversight of business operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute ideas and take ownership of ad-hoc business initiatives as required
