As a Team Leader, you will help young people regain their childhoods, build confidence, and create positive pathways into adulthood. The home supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes in a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. While there will be challenges along the way, its often the smallest moments that become the biggest victories.
The Role As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting young people while ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently maintained. You will:
- Lead and support the staff team on shift
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Help create a safe, stable, and supportive home environment
- Support care planning and daily routines
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Deputise for the Deputy and Registered Managers when required
