Job Description: Senior Support Worker Childrens Residential | Trafford | OTE £41,000+

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join a residential childrens home in the Trafford area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing provider, led by highly experienced managers with a strong track record in childrens care. With homes 2 and 3 already in the pipeline, this is a great time to come in early and be part of the journey.

The home is a 4-bedroom property, supporting up to 2 young people, allowing for a more focused, therapeutic approach to care.
