The Role
- Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Act as a Key Worker.
- Complete care plans, daily recordings and risk assessments.
- Build positive relationships with young people.
- Work closely with education, social workers and other professionals.
- Support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Essential Requirements
